Jonathan is considered the kindest of the Jojos, wanting to protect those he cares about from the influences of DIO, who just wanted what he had. Didnt help that Jonathan's father, George, is too much of a trusting moron who takes the word of an adopted son rather than his own flesh and blood, and it would up costing him his life and everything. Seems fitting for Pinkie Pie as Joseph since he is the jokester of the Jojos, having a tendency to need to be flamboyant, show off, and troll his opponents. Even after growing into a senior, he still retains this.

Jotaro is the overly serious of the Jojos, much like Twilight being the most serious of her group. Jotaro also possesses some crazy powers due to his Stand abilities, which evolved overtime. Is also the most popular Jojo as he would usually be the first one to come to mind when you hear "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure".

Rarity as Josuke, seems fitting as well. Both are dogged nice people, but both are extremely sensitive about their hairstyles. Seriously, Josuke goes into a berserker rage when he hears even a hint of an insult towards his hair. Also, his Stand is called Crazy Diamond, and Rarity works with gems.

Jolyne is a tomboy and has multi-toned hair like Rainbow Dash. They can also be rather impulsive at times as well.

Johnny is the crippled Jojo who has to rely on a horse to get around. Well Spike was left over and he sometimes rides on one of the ponies.
